Who We Are
Strategzilla is an Amazon PPC management agency and an authorised Amazon partner. Our website is strategzilla.com. We help brands grow their Amazon advertising performance through expert management and proprietary automation tools.
What Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to deliver and improve our PPC management services, access and manage your Amazon advertising campaigns on your behalf, generate performance reports and audits, and communicate with you about your account.
We access your Amazon advertising data — including Sponsored Products targeting reports, search term reports, and campaign data — solely for the purpose of managing and optimising your advertising on your behalf. This access is granted explicitly by you through Amazon’s authorisation process and can be revoked at any time.
Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) Data
In addition to advertising data, we access your Amazon seller account data via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). This includes sales and traffic data (sessions, page views, conversion rate, buy box percentage), brand analytics data (search query performance, market basket data, repeat purchase behaviour), inventory data, and order tracking data.
This data is accessed solely to support the management and optimisation of your Amazon account. It is used exclusively within Strategzilla’s internal systems and is not shared with any third parties. Access is restricted to authorised Strategzilla senior account managers on a strict need-to-know basis.
Data obtained via SP-API is never aggregated across clients or used for any purpose beyond managing the individual account for which it was accessed.
Use of Artificial Intelligence
Our platform uses AI-assisted tools — including automated audit engines and large language models — to identify optimisation opportunities within your account data. Where AI is used in analysis, outputs are reviewed and actioned by senior account managers before any changes are applied. We do not use AI to make fully automated decisions that affect your account without human review.
Third-Party Services
We use the Amazon Advertising API and Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to access and manage data for our clients. These integrations are subject to Amazon’s own privacy policy and terms of service.
We use Google services on our website, including cookies for analytics. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to any other third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyse site traffic. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the site.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Client advertising and seller account data accessed through the Amazon APIs is stored securely in encrypted cloud databases and is used exclusively within our internal systems. It is not shared externally.
Access to your data within our organisation is granted on a need-to-know basis. Only authorised senior account managers directly responsible for your account have access to your data.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and business purposes.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) accessed via SP-API — such as customer shipping details used for order fulfilment purposes — is retained for no longer than 30 days after the relevant order delivery date, in compliance with Amazon’s Data Protection Policy.
Non-PII analytical data (such as sales figures, traffic metrics, and campaign performance data) is retained for up to 18 months to support account management and historical analysis.
You may request deletion of your data at any time. We will action all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

You have the right to:
Children’s Privacy
Strategzilla does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
