Strategzilla is a full-service Amazon agency that manages every stage of the selling lifecycle on behalf of its managed selling partners. The Strategzilla Analytics Platform is the integrated platform through which these services are delivered, connecting to the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Amazon Advertising API to provide each seller with end-to-end account management.
Sellers receive regular performance reports, weekly audit findings, optimisation actions, and full operational management of their advertising, listings, promotions, inventory, and reviews. All insights and actions are specific to each individual seller's account.
The platform uses AI-assisted analysis, including automated audit engines, to surface optimisation opportunities. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed by a dedicated senior account manager before any recommendations are delivered or actions are taken.

Who It Serves
Strategzilla serves Amazon selling partners who want a fully managed, end-to-end agency service across advertising, listings, promotions, reviews, inventory, and analytics. Each seller grants Strategzilla access to their account through Amazon's standard authorisation process (SP-API OAuth). The seller retains full control and can revoke access at any time through Amazon Seller Central.
Sellers benefit from this platform through regular reporting, audit findings, and operational actions applied to their account. The platform is operated by Strategzilla's senior account managers, who are responsible for delivering these services on each seller's behalf.

Listing creation, optimisation, and maintenance for managed sellers. Services include flat file uploads, listing fixes, SEO-optimised copy, image guidance, catalogue audits, suppressed listing recovery, and Seller Central case management for listing errors and reinstatements.
Promotions Management
End-to-end management of Amazon promotional campaigns including Deals, Coupons, Lightning Deals, Prime Day and Black Friday event planning, and promotional pricing strategies. Strategzilla coordinates promotion timing with PPC campaigns to maximise visibility and conversion.
Feedback and Reviews Management
Active monitoring and management of customer reviews and seller feedback. Services include Vine programme enrolment, negative review escalation through Amazon support, removal requests for policy-violating reviews, seller feedback monitoring, and review response strategy.
Data Use & Compliance
Data accessed via SP-API for each seller account is used exclusively for that seller's account management. Data is never aggregated across seller accounts, never sold, and never used for any purpose beyond delivering the agreed services to that individual seller. This is consistent with sections 4.4 and 4.5 of Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy.
